The carriage units for conveying the mould carriers or moulds are located on the hall floor. An inexpensive monorail system comprising standard steel profiles with rapid-response diverters is used. |

| Principle |
| The mould carriers are each individually driven, with their own electronic control. The systems are modular in construction, made from standard profiles and assemblies. They feature a stationary drive track with a lateral guide rail, and a track with a lateral guide rail. |
| Technology |
| The space requirement is minimized by small-radius curves. Moulds can be exchanged while production is running. The mould carriers are readily accessible from both sides. The bus bar is integrated between the two rails.
The centring stations, diverter modules and transverse displacement modules can be integrated into the conveyor system. It is also possible to integrate mould cleaning stations, mould exchange stations and painting stations. |
