Multicolour mixing head
The multicolour mixing head allows pigments to be introduced directly into the mixing chamber during PUR processing.

Principle
With the multicolour mixing head, the pigment is metered directly into the mixing chamber to produce PUR products in different colours.
Technology
Because the pigment is metered into the mixing chamber, only that volume of material that is actually processed is pigmented. Pigment used to be added to the polyol component before processing.
Customer benefits
The multicolour mixing head allows the pigment to be changed from shot to shot. There is no carry-over of residual pigment.
