Mixing head for cavity foam filling
The very compact mixing head is ideal for pouring into hard-to-reach areas.
Principle
The mixing head for cavity foam filling works on the counterflow injection principle. Pressure energy is transformed into speed energy, reliably ensuring that the components in the mixing chamber are always intensively mixed The mixing head is supplied as a 2-component version.
Technology
The movement of the control edge of the mixing head plunger opens and closes both component nozzles simultaneously. Component pressure is determined by the size of the nozzle aperture plate. Electronic shot time monitoring enables very tight shot weight tolerances.

The slim shape of the compact mixing head makes it ideal for pouring into hard-to-reach areas, eg, to inject soundproofing material into vehicle cavities.
