Double-belt metering machine
Double-belt metering machines are used in continuous production of sandwich elements with rigid or flexible outer layers.
Principle
Double-belt machines are available to process any PUR or PIR system, and additives, on the market. The basic system for polyol and isocyanate can be expanded by adding modules to process any numbers of additives.
Technology
The main components are metered using high-pressure axial piston pumps. Additives are metered using high- and/or medium-pressure piston or gear pumps. Simple or duplex mixing heads are used. Additives are metered using static mixers (for high-pressure systems) or premixing stations (for low-pressure systems).
Customer benefits
Double-belt metering machines are high-performance units capable of delivering perfect product quality. The machines can be expanded as required on a modular basis. They are supplied as customized, application-specific machines.
