| Technology |
| Sintering of moulded skins permits free shaping with undercuts and deep, narrow ridges. Slush moulding machines allow precision-moulded skins to be produced in different sizes, using different moulds, without offcuts. Even with different kinds of graining with seams on the same part, a constant-quality skin surface is produced that is pleasant to touch. Moulded skins have long lifetimes since there are no restoring forces. The entire skin can be easily backfoamed since it has a uniform thickness. The result is a high part quality. Multicolour parts can be produced as a continuous skin. |
