The ZE BluePower (ZE BP) co-rotating twin-screw extruder from KraussMaffei Extrusion is ideal for high-quality plastics processing. With energy-efficient, market-leading innovations and a modular machine concept, it provides optimal solutions for throughput, product quality, process reliability, and service. The system can be individually configured and expanded.

 

KraussMaffei Extrusion integrates the extruder with additional components such as feeders, vacuum pumps, melt filters, granulators, and extrusion heads. The overall expertise is complemented by the innovative pioneeringprocessControl (ppC) control system, specifically developed for the extrusion market.
