LGF-Technology
Properly Amplified with Long glass fiber reinforcement
Product information
When processing rod-shaped granulates with an injection molding machine, very good fiber lengths can be achieved. These, in turn, form the basis for improved component properties compared to short fiber-reinforced polymers. However, long fiber lengths combined with optimum fiber homogeneity can only be achieved with the correct choice of injection molding screw. The decisive factor is whether pultruded or coated rod granulate is used. KraussMaffei has the ideal screw geometry for both options.
