Plastics require different processing temperatures in the individual temperature zones. These values are often defined manually for different processes and entered into the control system.
The cylinder temperature wizard replaces these manual tasks by automatically providing temperature recommendations for the individual zones. The machine operator can select all common plastics from the integrated material database and transfer the recommended values directly to the temperature profile.
