The liveCare condition monitoring solution provides continuous online monitoring of the wear status of machine components. In addition to displaying the condition of the components, liveCare also provides background information on relevant process parameters such as plasticizing and cycle time. This allows wear-related performance losses or increased energy consumption to be detected.
