Management

KraussMaffei is managed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The operational business is managed by the operating business units, whose managing directors form the Executive Committee (EC) together with the CEO and the CFO. The Executive Committee is responsible for KraussMaffei's strategic and forward-looking decisions.
